We are proud to say that a number of clients who have been trading for years came to us with only an idea and an empty bank account.

We will work with clients, sometimes over several months, to develop a business plan, find financing and start trading. Once the doors open, we help them to establish their financial routines and to look after their cash reserves.

As the business develops, we introduce the managers and directors to managment accounts and use these to focus on the key areas of business development, comparing actual performance to the original plan.

We also provide advice on directors' and staff remuneration as well as topics such as company cars and travel expenses.
